Tablets also go well at other times of the day to quell blood sugar rushes and the associated cravings-chew them thoroughly, either alone or, with a snack such as roasted pumpkin seeds or celery sticks. (Chlorella tablets must be chewed up or they will not digest fully.) Any residue on the teeth or gums will protect and heal those tissues of the mouth. Chlorella is also available as powder for mixing with water or other drinks.
